Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and EchoWebBot Studio. They apply to the X Bookmarks Exporter website, browser extension, accounts, and related support. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The EchoWebBot Terms of Service also apply where relevant.

Description of Service

X Bookmarks Exporter helps users load posts saved in X History → Bookmarks, review and filter those posts, export selected data to CSV, Excel (XLSX), or JSON, and download available images and videos. Removing a bookmark is a separate, confirmed action that changes your X account.

Acceptable Use

Use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes. You agree not to:

• access, export, download, modify, or distribute content without permission;
• violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, laws, or platform rules;
• bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
• use saved content for spam, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized surveillance; or
• interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent affiliation with X or EchoWebBot.

X Terms and Your Responsibility

You must comply with X's rules and applicable laws. You are responsible for reviewing the content you export, protecting your X account, and maintaining appropriate backups. Exporting or downloading content does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish it.

Data and Privacy

Export files are generated locally in your browser. Bookmark contents and temporary X session request details are not sent to the EchoWebBot account service. The extension may store temporary X request details in browser session storage to load bookmark pages and send confirmed removal requests to X. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

The extension may display Monthly, Annually, and Lifetime Pro options. Prices, billing periods, and taxes must be disclosed before a purchase. Checkout is not currently available inside the extension; viewing a plan does not make a purchase.

If you have a recurring subscription purchased through an available checkout, you may cancel future renewals using an available subscription control or by emailing [email protected]. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the extension does not automatically cancel a subscription.

If we cannot resolve a problem, or you are completely unhappy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. Email [email protected] with the product name, purchase email, transaction ID if available, and a short description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to provider processing time. Read the main Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.

Intellectual Property and Third Parties

EchoWebBot Studio and its licensors own the extension, website, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to content and data you lawfully provide. X Bookmarks Exporter is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X or Twitter. Third-party changes or outages may affect compatibility.

Availability and Liability

We may change features for security, compatibility, compliance, or product improvement. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should review all export results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities. Total liability for an affected service will not exceed the amount paid for it during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
